Wrong or Damaged Orders

If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at **@************es.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will ship the correct product at no charge.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 24 hours of the listed delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and work to make it right.

Quality Issues

If you believe there is a legitimate quality issue with your product, contact us with details and supporting documentation. We take quality seriously and will evaluate each case individually. Note: cosmetic differences in lyophilized peptide appearance (cracks, irregular shapes) are normal and not considered defects.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are explicitly not covered:
• Change of mind or ordering errors
• Customs delays, seizures, or import issues
• Improper storage or handling after delivery
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Orders where restricted state or local laws prohibit purchase (buyer responsibility to verify legality)
