Hacker Peptides ships all orders from our US-based facility in Jackson, NJ. We are committed to getting your research materials to you quickly, securely, and in optimal condition. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
📦 1. Processing & Handling
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. During promotional periods or high-demand windows, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email upon checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder and then contact us at **@************es.com.
🚚 2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
We currently ship within the United States only. All shipments originate from Jackson, NJ. Standard delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority/Overnight: 1–2 business days (where available)
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific carrier is requested and available at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, Hacker Peptides ships to domestic United States addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future — please check back for updates.
📍 3. Shipping Address & Accuracy
You are solely responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Hacker Peptides is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit.
🔒 4. Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no exterior branding, product names, or descriptions that indicate the contents. Packing slips included inside the package will reflect your order details for your records. We take product integrity seriously — all peptides and research compounds are packaged to minimize exposure to heat, light, and moisture during transit.
📬 5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Hacker Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control. Delivery windows provided at checkout are estimates only. A package marked “Delivered” by the carrier is considered successfully delivered. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after carrier confirmation, please contact your local carrier and file a claim directly with them.
⚠️ 6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package by the recipient are subject to the following:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Re-shipment requires payment of a new shipping fee.
- If re-shipment is not requested within 14 days of the return, the order may be subject to a restocking fee or forfeiture depending on product condition and applicable policies.
🌡️ 7. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain peptides and research compounds may require cold-chain handling. Where applicable, products will be shipped with appropriate cold packs or insulation. However, Hacker Peptides cannot guarantee cold-chain integrity for transit durations beyond expected delivery windows. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive temperature-sensitive shipments promptly. Hacker Peptides is not liable for product degradation resulting from extended carrier delays or improper storage after delivery.
🚫 8. Restricted & Refused Shipments
Hacker Peptides reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders where we have reason to believe the products may be misused, where shipping address verification fails, or where we determine fulfillment would be inconsistent with our policies or applicable law. All products sold by Hacker Peptides are strictly for laboratory research and scientific study by qualified researchers. Orders placed for personal use, therapeutic application, or resale are not permitted under our terms and will be refused without refund.
